NUTRITION APPROACH
If you ask a bodybuilder what is the best diet approach for losing fat, you will get one answer and than you go ask another bodybuilder, you will get another answer that could be completely different. Everybody knows that PROTEIN is the key for building muscles but when we are talking about CARBS, there are many different opinions and you will hear many different opinions. Some will say that high carbs is the best while some other will preach that low carbs is the best and some other will prefer to stay into the moderate carbs. So what is the truth? The truth is that there is no one best approach for loosing fat. What is working perfectly for someone might not be working for you but the key for success is using and mixing those approach for tricking our body and those approach are called:
CARBS CYCLING

For a long period of time, FAT has been described for being the culprit but as we know today, FAT, The Essentials Fatty Acid is a great tool for loosing fat and has some real positive effects for our Health. And as well, it seems that today too many people think that carbohydrates is the culprit. CARBS, the right carbs, ARE NOT OUR ENEMY.
So what’s about CARBS CYCLING? Some people have been able to lose fat following some higher carbs and lower carbs diet. So what is the point about carbs cycling: Our body is a smart machine to adapt his self to everything and he is smart to PLATEAU as well. The truth is that manipulating our carbs with some high/moderate/ and low carbs daily, will keep our body guessing while we are going to keep our protein needs the same and our fat intake the same. The more we are moving away from our natural body fat, the more our body is going to fight against our plan of leaning out more and more.
The benefits of carbs cycling is that when we reduced our carbs drastically, we created a greater caloric deficit and in addition we decreased our level of insulin and at the same time we do create an environment from where FAT is more likely to be liberated for energy. Of course some low carbs day will depleted our muscles glycogen but the major benefits to it is: BURNING MORE FAT.
On a flip side, while being into some low carbs days, our weight training performance will suffer and if we stay too long into some low carbs day intake we could be becoming insulin resistant. That’s why throwing some high days carbs into our plan is so important knowing that carbs are very protein-sparing and prevent protein being used as fuel.
The best tool is to adapt our weight training program to our cycling day. Having high carbs day’s into our big workout, moderate carbs into our easier workout days and low carbs day into our break days. There is no one best way of cycling our eating plan and there is many way of doing it as well.
We should keep in mind that every person is different and the particular combo of our neighbour might be different for our self. It is important to
understand our own body and learned to make some adjustment and give us time and a margin for error and adjustment. If you have never done this before, keep in mind that you're trying something new and it may take some time for tweaking your plan and making it work for your self.
